SFA-002 acts as an immunomodulator to maintain immune homeostasis.​

 

SFA-002 suppresses HDACs to increase Treg differentiation, promoting up-regulation of anti-inflammatory IL-10 and Inhibition of several pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-17, IL-23, TNF-α, and IFN-y)
